Sharon Osbourne has claimed 'no one in America will employ her' because they think she's 'racist' after backing Piers Morgan over his Meghan Markle remarks.

The former X Factor judge, 71, was forced out of daytime show The Talk on March 26, 2021 after 11 years.

She spoke out to defend Morgan, who was angered by the March 7, 2021 interview with Oprah. Piers was also forced out of his show in the UK, Good Morning Britain.

During Thursday's episode of CBB, Sharon spoke about being 'banned' from TV in America.

When Lauren asked if she can work there now, Sharon said: 'I can legally but no one will employ me because they say I'm racist. They think we don't know what it's like to be picked on. I wouldn't pick on anyone because of their race or religion.'

Lauren replied: 'My kids went to a school where they mixed with everyone'

Sharon added: 'Every colour, every religion, my kids too'

Sharon's problems in America began after Morgan - who she has been friends with for years, with both serving as judges on America's Got Talent from 2006-11 - criticized the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's interview.

'I'm just going to say what I'm going to say. This is a two-hour trash-a-thon of our royal family, of the monarchy, of everything the queen has worked so hard for, and it's all being done as Prince Philip lies in hospital,' said Morgan the day after the interview.

'They trash everybody. They basically make out the entire royal family are a bunch of white supremacists by dropping this race bombshell.

'They didn't name which one it was. They just throw it out there, so it can be any member of the royal family.'

Sharon defended Morgan amid a furious backlash, which saw him being labeled racist.
