Cory Wharton revealed that he cheated on his girlfriend Taylor Selfridge on Wednesday's episode of Teen Mom: Family Reunion on MTV.
The 33-year-old reality star opened up on the season three episode during an exercise with relationship experts Dr. Mike Dow and Michaiah Dominguez while on the group trip to Colombia.
'Taylor doesn't trust me because I cheated on her five years ago and I regret it every day. I need to do the best I can do to make sure to rebuild that trust between me and Taylor because right now, it's dragging us down like an anchor,' Cory said.
Cory and Taylor, 29, both agreed they still had trust issues to resolve when asked what was hindering progress in their relationship.
'In terms of trust, Cory just wants me to get over it because it happened so long ago. Yes, it happened five years ago but I'm not over it yet and I feel like it's something we haven't worked through yet,' Taylor said.

'I'm definitely still holding a grudge about it. I don't forget. That's the problem. I'll always think there could be something. It's hard when someone breaks your trust like that,' she added.
Taylor and Cory have been in a relationship since meeting in 2017 on the MTV show Ex On The Beach and they have daughters Mila, three, and 20-month-old Maya together.
Cory also has daughter Ryder, seven, with his ex Cheyenne Floyd, 31, who was co-hosting the reunion trip with Jade Cline, 26.
