The model, 37, posed up a storm in the daring mesh ensemble which was striped with multi-coloured pastel dots.
The star, who is the sister of Cara Delevingne, made sure to flash her ample cleavage in the dress which featured a plunging neckline down to her belly button.
She cinched in her waist with a rose gold belt adorned with a gold floral broach.
The event was hosted by actress Alia Bhatt in support of the Salaam Bombay Foundation which works to engage the most vulnerable 'at-risk' children in Mumbai through after-school academies and in-school programmes.
