Charlie Albone has dropped the price on his country retreat after initially asking for $3million.
The 43-year-old Better Homes and Garden star first put his gorgeous home on the New South Wales Central Coast up for sale in February.
But it's failed to sell, with thee price guide of $3million-$3.2million dropping to $2.45millin to $2.65million, realstate.com.au reports.
The sprawling four-bedroom, three-bathroom property is located in Ourimbah on 2.07hectares.
