Kyle Sandilands revealed his body weight live on The Kyle and Jackie O show on Tuesday.
The radio king, 52, and co-host Jackie 'O' Henderson were discussing Body Mass Index's (BMI), a measure of body fat based on height and weight.
'I weigh 126kg of meat,' he proudly proclaimed.
A producer on The Kyle and Jackie 'O' Show then disclosed the 'healthy' BMI for a man of his height.
'For a 6ft1 man, you should weigh somewhere between 75 to 91kg,' she said.
