Hoda Kotb, 59, reveals her dating 'red flags' and admits she has GOOGLED ... trends now
Today host Hoda Kotb has admitted to previously Googling potential suitors before going out with them and revealed what she thinks are huge 'red flags' when she's out on dinner dates with men.
The 59-year-old TV star, who split from her fiancé Joel Schiffman in January 2022, recently confirmed that she was dating again and was even going on a third date with the same mystery man in March - but she has now shared one of her biggest turn offs.
During a chat with her Today co-host Jenna Bush Hager, Hoda shared her thoughts on Simone Biles' recent appearance on Alex Cooper's Call Her Daddy podcast, and reacted to the comments the gymnast made about snooping on her now husband Jonathan Owens' Instagram before they got together.
'I like how she also did a quick deep dive. She was like, "I like him, let's get in", because this is the thing with social media, you know everybody's history. You can't escape your past and you can't really pretend unless you are pretending all the way on social media,' Hoda said.

Jenna, 42, replied: 'I know, so it is weird that now if you have a crush on somebody, you can just Google them on up. Do you?' to which Hoda admitted: 'I've done that, and sometimes I like to know less because I feel like you don't really get a fair shot at anything.'
