Brittany Hockley was tasked with a disgusting challenge on Wednesday's episode of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! Australia.
The 36-year-old podcast host had to eat pigs nipples to gather gold stars to win food for dinner.
She built up the courage to put it into her mouth, but her stomach got the best of her when she began to chew it down.
Gagging helplessly, Brittany doubled over and tried not to throw up as her teammates watched on.
'It's ok, can you keep chewing?' Skye Wheatley asked.
