Married At First Sight's Eden Harper has expressed her shock and disappointment over the sudden breakup with Jayden Eynaud.
The couple surprised fans on Wednesday night by announcing their split in separate Instagram posts.
Speaking to Daily Mail Australia on Thursday, Eden, 27, revealed the breakup came without warning and has left her bewildered and unable to reach Eynaud, 'He won't reply to me. He hasn't replied.'
Reflecting on the relationship and its unexpected demise, Eden conveyed her confusion.
'Everything was good. I do think in any relationship, there's ups and downs, but it came completely out of the blue for me. It was definitely a blind side,' she explained.

'I just felt that the way that it all fell apart for us when he broke up with me, I just felt he was choosing not to be with me, and he didn't want to be with me.'
Despite attempts to salvage the relationship or at least gain closure, Eden revealed Jayden 'split up with me that night, and then, yeah, I guess we've hardly spoken since then.'
This lack of communication has led Eden to a reluctant acceptance of their separation, admitting that Jayden's disinterest was clear.
In the aftermath of the breakup, Eden has decided to take a step back from the dating scene, finding solace in the company of her beloved dog, Cub.

'Yeah, I think I'm done with dating for a little while. I think it's reminded me how beautiful my dog is and how much I've just focused on him.'
Jayden broke his silence on their breakup on Instagram, offering a more optimistic view of their time together.
He wrote: 'After the experiment, Eden and I went back to the Gold Coast and continued to enjoy living our lives together and getting to know each other every day.'
