Former Married At First Sight bride Hayley Vernon debuted an entirely new look on Thursday as she gave an update on her health kick amid her sobriety journey.
The adult entertainer, 37, took to Instagram to flaunt her very muscular new frame in a bikini as she shared an inspiring post to her 164K followers.
After several months of no alcohol or cocaine consumption, the TV star-turned-escort revealed she has now lost 10kg in weight and got 'cardio fit'.
'A little under 10kgs lost in 10 weeks. Although the number looks impressive, it's not about that. It's about how I feel,' she began her post.
'I am now extremely cardio fit. I'm one of the top students at yoga. I've followed through with my Muay Thai training.'
