Zoe Saldana has just listed her Beverly Hills home, which she bought from Kimora Lee Simmons in 2016, for $14.5M.

The 45-year-old actress — who enjoyed a double date with Salma Hayek this week — will make a profit of around $6M if the residence sells for the asking price.

Saldana bought the five bedroom, seven bathroom abode for $8.7M.

The property is 6,314 square feet and boasts a swimming pool, tennis court, home theater, and gym, according to TMZ

The publication reported that Adele, Penelope Cruz, Nicole Kidman, and Jennifer Lawrence also have homes in the gated neighborhood.

Josh and Matt Altman of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles fame are holding the listing via Douglas Elliman real estate company.

Zoe is married to writer and director Marco Perego, who hails from Italy.

While visiting the Drew Barrymore Show this month, the actress gushed that her husband is very amorous toward her.

'It feels lovely. I have to say there were... for many years when we first got married, it was hard for me to accept it,' she said.

The mother-of-three added, 'There's a part of us and women, you know — if our hearts have been broken before — where we self-sabotage a lot and then one day you just wake up and you sort of go, oh, maybe this is real.

'Maybe he really means to ask me if I'm comfortable. So I should just say "Thank you, I am." And the next step is asking him if he's comfortable,' she explained.
