Sydney Sweeney is shaking off the week with a trip to a lake to go kitesurfing.
The Anyone But You star, 26, shared some photos and short video clips of a fun-filled day on the water on Instagram.
She captioned the post: 'sorry i couldn’t make it i had a board meeting.'
In the first photo, the two-time Emmy nominee – who hit back at a female producer who criticized her – stood on a bench with the water behind her. She's wearing a long sleeve, blue swim shirt and black bikini bottoms.
The next several clips feature her gliding through the water and even attempting some flips and stunts.

In one of the shots, the Euphoria star loses her board and splashes down in the water next to it.
The water adventure comes at a good time for Sydney, who has had quite a week.
Producer and USC School of Cinematic Arts professor Carol Baum told a group of fans and budding filmmakers that Sydney 'can't act' and 'isn't pretty' earlier this week.
