Ella Morgan has revealed she is getting her filler dissolved after deciding to embrace her natural look as she has grown in confidence.
The Married At First Sight star, 29, who is transgender, previously revealed that she had used cosmetic surgeries, hair extensions, and fake nails and tan as 'safety blanket' to feel more feminine.
But she declared she was now entering her ‘soft girl era’ and ditching the Botox, sunbeds and heavy makeup, as well as getting a stunning hair transformation.
And on Tuesday, Ella revealed her next step was getting her fillers dissolved, starting with her face before moving on to her lips.
Filming herself at the clinic, she told her followers: 'Guys this is very spur of the moment. I've been thinking about it a while, but basically I'm getting some of my filler dissolved. So wish me luck, I'm going to document everything!'

She captioned the clip: 'Omg I'm dissolving my filler! I want to be fresh and natural before some big events I've got coming soon! Lips will be dissolved too but another day!
'Wish me luck! You guys have banged on about me getting face dissolved so here goes!'
Ella then filmed herself lying on the stretcher with cream smeared over her chin, while listening the music.
She explained: 'Numbing cream and while I'm waiting I requested RuPaul on in the background! I'm such a queen! Sissy that new face girl!'
It comes after Ella shared a candid post to Instagram last week, where as she bravely listed the extensive amount of surgeries she has undergone in recent years.
During a fan Q&A, she shared a picture of herself following one procedure, showing her wearing a nose splint and looking very bruised with dark purple and swollen eyes.
When asked what are 'all the cosmetic procedures' she has had done, Ella made sure to list them all.
She wrote: 'I've been pretty open about this. I've had Botox and fillers obvs, but these are the surgical procedures and before anyone pops off, I have transitioned, so there was a lot I wanted and needed to change on the outside.'

Ella continued: 'GRS - gender reassignment surgery, vaginoplasty (the downstairs area basically), two boob jobs, nose job, lip lift, hairline lowering, brow bone and forehead shave, brow lift, temple implant, Adam's apple shave, mole removal, fat injected into cheek and under eyes.'
However, last month she debuted a stunning new makeover as she announced to her fans that she finally felt 'comfortable' enough to go natural.
When Ella shot to fame on MAFS last year, she drew comparisons to Barbie with her bright blonde hair, surgically enhanced assets and very glamorous makeup.
