The Weeknd officially cancelled his 'After Hours Til Dawn' Australian and New Zealand on Tuesday.
Ticketek informed all ticketholders of the cancellation news on Tuesday, before advising them of their refunds.
'Patrons should allow approximately 30 business days for the refund to appear in their account,' the email read.
'Please do not contact Ticketek regarding your refund, unless you have not received your refund after the time period above.'
The concert had previously been postponed in November leaving some fans chasing refunds instead of waiting for a rescheduled date.
