Sam Smith was spotted soaking up the sun as they enjoyed a relaxing beach day with pals in Miami on Friday, after facing backlash over headlining the Proms.
The singer, 31, showed off their inked skin as they went shirtless and wore tiny red Versace speedos.
Sam accessorised with a gold chain, and later covered-up with a white shirt and black shorts.
It comes just days after furious fans of the Proms have slammed the BBC after it was announced that Sam will be headlining this year, amid complaints about the star's sexually explicit shows.
The BBC insisted that the concert will be 'entirely appropriate for the festival'.

But the singer has put on a series of controversial shows in recent years and is often seen wearing risqué and sexualised outfits on stage.
Sam announced they were non-binary in 2019 and asked people use they/them pronoun when being referred to.
They will headline a BBC Prom concert this year on August 2 in an expansion of the pop programme.
Some social media users expressed on X, formerly Twitter, their dissatisfaction with Sam being selected to perform at the Proms this year.
One fan commented on X/ Twitter : 'Why do the BBC hate British heritage? Proms being corrupted with low-grade modern pop works whilst recently the management tried to ditch Rule Britannia. Time for another organisation to present the Proms.'
Mike Warrington said that on their day Sam Smith is 'a talented singer', but questioned what Smith will wear at the performance, or if they will 'wear much' at all. Mr Warrington said he hopes the singer has 'respect for the venue and occasion'.
