The TV presenter, 34, who revealed she was six months pregnant in March, was seen walking hand-in-hand with her scientist partner, 37.

The mother-to-be looked radiant in a cropped black jumper with a form-fitting khaki maxi skirt, which she layered with a beige trench coat.

Emily wore her ombre locks swept back into a low ponytail, while she accessorised with a pair of black sunglasses and a pendant chain necklace.

The actress, who completed her look with a pair of chunky black boots, was spotted chatting on her phone during the outing.
