The 38-year-old supermodel appeared to be in high spirits as she flashed a smile while calling a friend and making her way through the city.
The fashion industry mainstay - who recently went topless for a Marc Jacobs campaign - wore a flowing white dress underneath an oversized beige trench coat, as well as white Nike socks and New Balance running shoes.
Shayk accessorized with a patterned tote bag and aviator-style sunglasses, and her gorgeous brunette locks cascaded onto her back.
