Mauricio Umansky has moved out of the marital home he shared with estranged wife Kyle Richards and into a luxury West Hollywood condo.
Richards, 55, and Umansky, 53, split last year following 27 years of marriage and three daughters, with the RHOBH star revealing on the reality show that her ex was looking for a new home.
USWeekly reports Umansky has purchased a luxury condo in a new development in WeHo - with a source claiming Matt Damon has an $8.6million unit in the same building.
A second source said: 'Kyle and Mauricio have been living separately for the last few months and he’s been staying there.
'They’ve both been traveling a lot recently, so it’s working out where they don’t stay under one roof.'

They added Umansky 'will visit their primary residence often' when Richards is out of town.
This comes after a source spoke with Daily Mail revealing Richards is being squeezed by Bravo to come clean about her rumored romance with country singer Morgan Wade, 29, if she wants to continue on the show.
Richards is the last remaining original member of the cast.
