Amanda Holden has revealed Simon Cowell's new pre-show ritual for this year's series of Britain's Got Talent.
The TV judge, 64, is known for his uniformed wardrobe of white shirt, jeans and black shoes.
However, the star has been showing off his physique more in the current series as he has worn a selection of more tight fitting T-shirts.
And now Amanda has revealed his secret as she confessed he is now working out to compete with fellow judge Bruno Tonioli.
Speaking to The Sun, Amanda said: 'He has been doing his press-ups backstage. Simon's impressive, he's got some guns.

Amanda has revealed Simon has been wearing tighter tops this series as he is now working out to compete with fellow judge Bruno Tonioli and wishes to show off his results
'He's doing it to compete with Bruno! Bruno's got his pecs, but he does his press-ups in the privacy of his own home. But I managed to video Simon doing it. I was like, "I'm not missing that. I'm putting that all over social media".
'He's embracing his sporty side this series. He's been turning up in tracksuit bottoms and a compression top. But the compression top shows off his best bits. I think he's quite proud of his pecs and his guns. Simon's got the pecs factor.'
