Jess Eva has shared a photograph of her unfortunate workout accident as she opened up about motherhood.
The Block star, 39, took to her Instagram Stories on Friday to get candid about the realities of exercise with an honest snap.
She shared a picture of herself looking shocked as she posed in a blue sports bra and peach bike shorts as she worked hard in the gym.
However, in a caption, she revealed her unfortunate accident as she told how she accidentally urinated and joked that childbirth is the 'gift that keeps on giving'.
She wrote: 'Weed myself during a morning workout. Childbirth - the gift that keeps on giving all these years later.'
