Morgan Wallen has waived his first court appearance as he pushes on with concerts after throwing a chair from a Nashville bar rooftop.

The country music star waived his right to appear at a Friday hearing following his arrest for the April 7 incident, officials told News 2. The May 3 court appearance was not mandatory.

This comes as Wallen is set to perform at the first of three concerts in Nashville this week.

The riled-up country singer launched a chair at cops from a rooftop bar after his ex-fiancée secretly eloped with their toddler, Dailymail.com revealed in early April.

Wallen, 30, was charged with three counts of felony reckless endangerment and one count of misdemeanor disorderly conduct, with officers alleging the chair landed three feet from them.
