Netflix drop first trailer of Benedict Cumberbatch's 1980's thriller Eric and ... trends now
Netflix dropped its first trailer for Benedict Cumberbatch's British 1980's Thriller series on Friday and fans have taken to social media to reveal why they will most certainly be tuning in.
The BAFTA-Award-Winning star, 47, is set to set to star in the upcoming six-episode limited series, Eric, which follows a desperate father as he battles his demons on the dangerous and intoxicating streets of ’80s New York in a race to bring home his missing son.
However, fans of Benedict seem far more interested in his character than the plot of the upcoming thriller series as they took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to reveal he will be their reason for watching the show.
