Hollywood actress Elsa Pataky created an awkward moment during the Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga premiere on Thursday night in Sydney.
The 47-year-old beauty gate-crashed a red carpet interview with the film's star Anya Taylor-Joy.
Entertainment reporter Lucia Hawley was in the middle of asking a question when the Madrid-born Elsa cut in and started speaking Spanish to Anya.
But instead of politely sending Elsa on her way, the excited Mad Max star chatted with her in fluent Spanish, leaving the reporter in the cold.
After Elsa finally rejoined her husband Chris Hemsworth, who also stars in the new Mad Max film, Anya apologised to Lucia for the interruption.
