Josie Gibson has revealed she 'used to cry on a daily basis' when she was cruelly trolled about her weight after leaving the Big Brother house.
The reality star, 39, who appeared on the show in 2010, admitted that 'awful' online abuse took a huge toll on her mental health.
Speaking during a discussion on This Morning, Josie shared her trolling ordeal after detailing how stars such as Kate Beckinsale and Davina McCall shared their own experiences with vile comments about their weight.
She said: 'I used to cry on a daily basis after coming out of BB. It was the start of social media, but when I lost weight people were awful.'
'I don't feel like I get shamed as much as I used to though, I do feel like things are changing.'

In 2014, Josie shared that she lost six stone over the course of a year, going from a size 20 to a size eight.
And last year, ahead of her appearance on I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! Josie revealed she'd slimmed down from a size 18 to a 14 after hiring a personal trainer.
