Tyla's skintight Balmain gown at Monday's Met Gala was cut into a minidress after the red carpet portion of the event.
The 22-year-old songstress set heads spinning when she arrived in a clinging frock made of sand and accessorized with an hourglass clutch.
Her outfit was perfectly molded to her lithe frame, which made it so difficult for her to move that she had to be carried up the stairs at the Metropolitan Museum Of Art.
Now it has been revealed that once she was up the steps, Balmain's chief designer Olivier Rousteing made an adjustment to the dress to let her walk more easily.
In a new video posted to his Instagram, Olivier could be seen taking a pair of scissors to the gown in order to carve it into a slinky cocktail dress cut above the knee.
