 Emily Atack gave a baby bump update on Instagram on Wednesday as she enjoyed a relaxing getaway ahead of the arrival of her first child. 

The actress, 34, - who is expecting her first child with her scientist boyfriend Alistair Garner - took to Instagram to share an insight into her UK break. 

Emily showed off her pregnancy curves in a plunging ribbed red swimsuit in a mirror selfie which she uploaded on Instagram. 

She wore her blonde hair in a high bun and looked positively glowing as she headed for a dip in the luxurious abode. 

The television personality also shared a photo of her peaceful walk through a forest and a pastry she was enjoying for breakfast. 

It comes after Emily shared a bump update over the weekend with a black and white selfie shared on Instagram. 

'Like a hen sitting on an egg,' she captioned the shot.

Fans rushed to comment below the post, gushing over the soon mum-to-be, with some saying: 'Beautiful xx ,'; 'Gorgeous; 'Exquisitely Beautiful'.

In March, Emily revealed how pregnancy has changed her priorities during an appearance on Loose Women ahead of welcoming her first child.

Emily said her 'body was now a temple' after friends worried in the past she had not been looking after herself.

She revealed to the panel how excited she was to welcome her baby - which she has confirmed is a boy - and said she felt 'extremely connected' to her body now more than ever.
