Mel B showed off her incredible figure on Wednesday as she took a quick dip in a freezing cold ice bath during her luxury holiday. 

The Spice Girl, 48, took to her Instagram to post a video of herself plunging into an ice bath in a tiny purple bikini after she spent time in the sauna. 

The stylish bikini showed off Mel's curves and consisted of a bandeau bikini top and a pair of cheeky thong bikini bottoms. 

In the video, the star took a deep breath as she built up the courage to go completely underwater in the plunge pool. 

Mel then proceeded to quickly climb out of the bath with a shocked expression on her face before running down the street covering her peachy derriere. 

She said: 'That's f*****g horrendous. F**k that s**t. That was f*****g hard, I don't care what anybody says'. 

Mel captioned the comical video with: 'Luvvvv the sunnn and my ice baths having the best time but that was HARDDDD might do it again u no I luv my ice baths' (sic).

Fans of the star then flocked to the comment section to praise her bravery. 

One fan commented: 'Well done Mel...Better than me!', while others typed: 'Braver than me lass.' 'Cooorrrrr well done you.'

It comes after the Wannabe singer shared details of her and fiancé Rory McPhee royal wedding venue earlier this year as they prepare to tie the knot. 

The singer, who announced her engagement to Rory, 36, in November 2022, hinted in February that the two have confirmed a wedding date.

In a recent interview with The Sun, she explained: 'As I have an MBE I am allowed to marry at St Paul's. They only do a small number of weddings a year so we are on the waiting list.'
