She was introduced to the man of her dreams by her GP father, when Peter Andre was being treated for kidney stones.
And now, two children and a fairytale marriage later, Emily MacDonagh is discussing her plans to return to her medical profession.
Writing in her OK! magazine column this week, Peter's 27-year-old wife said she felt excited yet apprehensive at the thought of working and raising her two children.

She explained: 'I am excited to go back to work but I’m a little nervous about juggling it with family life.'
Emily shares youngest son Theo with Peter, as well as their three-year-old daughter Amelia.
The young mum also helps to look after Peter's eldest children Junior and Princess, from his first marriage to Katie Price.

'Soon I’m going to be refreshing my knowledge,' she continued. 'There’s no margin for error in my job so I want to feel prepared.
'What’s making me feel better is that, when I went back eight months after having Millie, I found most things were ingrained in my mind.
'I’m so glad I’m having a bit more time off with Theo as I’m enjoying my time with him.’
Theo was born at the end of November 2016, one year after the couple tied the knot and two years after they had Amelia.
