Taylor Swift's trial will 'allow only 32 spectators seats'

Just 32 seats will be granted to spectators wishing to view Taylor Swift's trial against a man she says groped her while they were having their photo taken together four years ago.

TMZ reported on Wednesday that seats will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis, and that potential viewers can begin waiting in line at six in the morning, according to legal documents.

Swift, 27, is expected to testify in the trial against David Mueller, a former Denver radio DJ who she says touched her inappropriately during a photo-op in 2013.

Viewers can begin waiting at six in the morning, and passes will be given out an hour later, according to TMZ.

The overflow room will also accommodate an additional 75 people, who can watch the trial on a television monitor.

Jury members for the trial, which is a lawsuit from David against Taylor along with her counter-suit, will begin being selected on Monday.

The starlet will appear at the U.S. District Court in Denver to testify that Mueller, 55, touched her inappropriately by lifting up her dress to feel her buttocks as they had their photograph taken with his girlfriend during a meet-and-greet at Denver's Pepsi Center in June 2013 - an accusation he denies.

In court papers filed last year, Swift's lawyers said she has 'never been so sure of anything in her life.'
