Southampton have confirmed the postponment of tonight's Championship match with Preson North End following a major fire new St Mary's Stadium.

Smoke could be seen miles away after the inferno broke out at a disused warehouse perilously close to St Mary's Stadium.

The promotion chasers confirmed the match, which had been due to take place at 7.45pm, will now be rearranged.
