The NFL is expecting an early Christmas gift from one or two of its media partners.
With the recent announcement that two games will be played this year on December 25, the league is now expected to open the bidding to NBC, Fox Sports, CBS, ESPN-ABC, and Amazon Prime Video – media giants that will collectively pay the NFL $110 billion through the end of the current media deal in 2033.
Front Office Sports was the first to report the opening of the bidding process. The NFL declined to comment to the website and did not immediately respond to DailyMail.com's request for further information.
