Daniil Medvedev lost his cool again during his last-16 defeat by Karen Khachanov at the Monte-Carlo Masters on Thursday.
After losing the first set 6-3, Medvedev was serving at 5-5 in the second and was 15-30 down when his opponent's shot was called in, even though he was adamant it was out.
That gave Khachanov two break points, and Medvedev produced an untimely double fault to concede the game. After misplacing his serve, the Russian world No4 could not contain his anger as he launched his racket towards the back board and stormed to his chair.
Medvedev was seething, and his mood did not improve when a physio came over to attend to him, despite the former US Open champion insisting he did not ask for medical treatment.
Looking up at the umpire, Carlos Bernardes, Medvedev questioned: 'What is he doing here?' while pointing at the physio.
