Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy has given his bank balance a huge boost after scooping $1.65million on Scottie Scheffler winning The Masters.
The millionaire media personality - and notorious gambler - held his nerve to see Scheffler pull on a second Green Jacket on Sunday night, turning his $300,000 wager into a cool $1.65m.
Incredibly, it is the second huge windfall he's secured in a week, after he put $600,000 on UConn to win March Madness, turning that into $2.76m.
That takes his earnings to an eyewatering $4.41m in the space of just six days, surely pulling off one of the most successful weeks of his gambling life.
Portnoy was live-tweeting the majority of the tournament at Augusta National, mostly slamming the American world No. 1 when he did something wrong.
