Gabriel Jesus tuned in to his former side Manchester City's penalty shootout on Wednesday evening - leaving Arsenal fans fuming.

The Gunners were eliminated from the Champions League at the quarter-final stage after a 1-0 defeat to Bayern Munich in Germany.

Brazilian forward Jesus, who was on the books at Man City from 2017 until his 2022 move to the Emirates, later watched on with Arsenal staff as his former team took on Real Madrid in a shootout to decide who would face Bayern in the semi-finals.

While Jesus's international teammate Ederson scored a penalty, the goalkeeper was unable to keep the visitors from scoring four, whilst Man City only managed three, denying Pep Guardiola's side the chance to defend their Champions League crown.

The 27-year-old Brazilian joined millions around Europe tuning in for the dramatic finale to the Manchester City and Real Madrid clash, as shown in a clip posted to social media by TNT Sports, but his actions left Arsenal fans upset that he had quickly turned his attentions away from their own tournament exit.
