A Gold Coast motocross rider's wife has revealed her heartbreak after her husband was killed in a freak racing accident.
Corey 'Magoo' Whittington, 44, died during a competition at Elaman Creek on Sunday, sending the tight knight Sunshine Coast moto community into shock.
According to reports, he clipped another bike following a collision in front of him, causing him to crash and sustain neck and spine injuries which proved fatal.
He leaves behind wife Shannen, who has paid an emotional tribute to her late husband.
