Liverpool fans are getting excited about the prospect of Arne Slot's potential arrival at Anfield after an old clip of his post-match team-talk resurfaced on social media.
Slot has emerged as serious candidate to become Jurgen Klopp’s successor as Liverpool intensify their search for a new manager.
The 45-year-old is one of the most progressive coaches in European football and on Sunday guided his side Feyenoord to victory in the KNVB Cup.
The victory marks the second trophy he has won in charge of the Rotterdam giants, having made them domestic champions 12 months ago.
However, it's not Slot's recent silverware that has got the Liverpool fans talking, it's an old post-match speech that has gone viral.

The speech started: 'The reason we are where we are is because you work your ass off every single day and that’s the reason why you could beat this team here in their own stadium without our fans even being here.
'But, that again is an obligation for the upcoming weeks because you guys are going all to the national teams. Some will play, some don’t but we need to stay fit boys. This only a win. It’s not more than a win. It’s a big win but it’s not more than a win.
'We have a bigger goal this season and only winning for the first time in 17 years in Amsterdam. Our goal is bigger than that. So take care of your body, make sure come fit as you soon can back to the club so we can go for the last two months and make this season even more special
