Erik ten Hag believes his team must look in the mirror at themselves after another mistake saw them drop points in their 1-1 draw with Burnley. 

United had to wait until the 79th minute to open the scoring, when Antony put the home side in the lead, which looked like setting Ten Hag's side on the road to three points.

However, three minutes from time Andre Onana mistimed his jump for the ball and clattered into Zeki Amdouni to give away a penalty. 

Amdouni dusted himself off to take the spot kick and ensure Vincent Kompany's men earned a share of the spoils at Old Trafford and keep their hopes of survival alive.

After the match, Ten Hag was asked if United's recent mistakes were down to bad luck or mentality, admitting it was a combination of both, and that his team need to take responsibility.
