Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp was brought to tears after a fan presented him with a painting ahead of his exit later this month. 

The German boss is nearing the end of a near nine-year spell at Liverpool after revealing he was 'running out of energy' in an emotional message to supporters announcing his departure.

In his bombshell January statement, Klopp even shared the possibility he could retire from football management altogether - but said he needed more time before making a final decision.

Liverpool fan and painter Abigail Rudkin, who specialises in football-related pieces, made a painting to commemorate his spell as manager. 

She spent two months working on the piece, which features the words 'You'll Never Walk Alone' and 'Danke Jurgen', and on Thursday visited Liverpool's training ground to hand it to
