American Formula One fans are fuming on social media as Williams' US driver Logan Sargeant crashed out of his home race at the Miami Grand Prix after Denmark's Kevin Magnussen spun him off track.
Magnussen - a 31-year-old F1 veteran of 10 years - collided into the left rear of the 23-year-old Sargeant's car on a right turn on lap 28 of Sunday's race, forcing the Florida native to go off track and into the grid.
Subsequently, a safety car emerged to interrupt drivers' momentum.
Magnussen, of Haas, was eventually given a 10-second time penalty for the collision, as race officials claimed the wreck was his fault.
