Channel Nine footy commentator Danika Mason has shown her fans a shocking photo of what appears to be a serious back injury - but she didn't let the pain stop her from covering Thursday night's game between the Dolphins and Manly.
Mason, 33, shared an Instagram story before boarding her flight to Brisbane for the match, revealing a scan showing what seems to be damage to a disc in her back.
The image had the accompanying caption: 'was wondering why the back was a bit sore the past few weeks....turns out I did a pretty good job on it.'
A second story showed a colleague wheeling her suitcase through Sydney airport because she was apparently unable to, with the caption: 'How good is my work family carrying my bags through the airport'.
