experienced another injury blow on Thurs night after Marcos Rojo has been carried off on a traction against Anderlecht.

The Argentine experienced a left knee injury throughout the first 1 / 2 of the Europa League quarter-final second leg from Old Trafford and may not carry on.

Pictures appeared to show Rojo saying a prayer when he has been carried from the pitch to become replaced by Daley Blind.

Rojo, who experienced the injury during an uncomfortable fall following a tackle on Alexandru Chipciu, has emerged as key participant under Jose Mourinho in current months.

The former Sporting Lisbon man looks set to sign up for central defenders Chris Smalling plus Phil Jones on the sidelines.

Smalling suffered a knee issue on international duty with Britain last month and has just recently removed a protective support.

The ex-Fulham star, who this particular week posted a of themself running in a pool, is definitely expected to return to motion in mid-May.
