This is the shocking moment that a drunken thug violently grabs and shakes a young barman by his hair.
The shocking scenes unfolded at The Dolphin pub on Tonbridge Street, London, yesterday evening.
The bartender, reported to be the son of the bar's owner, was caught in a vice-like grip until his father intervened, who labelled the pair of aggressors 'a***holes'.
Shocking video shows the build-up to the incident where a man off-camera announces to the pub that he is leaving.
Seemingly coming off the back of a previous off-screen clash, the man says: 'Yeah, we're leaving now, but can I just apologise.'
However, he clearly has other plans as mutters to his pal: 'Here come round this side, film this, film this.'

However, as he extends his hand to shake the young barman's he grabs a fistful of his hair
As the camera turns, a young bartender can be seen with three glasses walking towards the end of the bar.
The cameraman begins to shout at him, saying, 'What, he just wanted to say he's sorry', whilst his pal adds: 'Are you going to shake my hand?'
