This is the chilling moment a spurned husband lies in wait for his former wife before allegedly brutally stabbing her to death as she leaves home to get a lift to work.
Evil Marian Gheorghe pounced on the unsuspecting mother-of-six - whom he was banned from contacting by a court restraining order - as she walked to a waiting car in the street.
Vicala Gheorghe, 49, stood no chance to fend off her attacked, dressed in black, as he jumped out from behind a row of wheelie bins and knifed his ex.
Her estranged husband, aged 52, then ran into the house he had moved out of six months before and was prohibited from visiting, where he is believed to have taken his own life.
The suspected 'murder-suicide' horror happened shortly before dawn in the pouring rain last Friday in a normally peaceful residential street in Coventry, West Midlands.

It was captured on CCTV by horrified neighbour Bianca Cipu who shared footage with MailOnline.
A next door neighbour told how he was alerted by the sounds of 'screaming and shouting' and immediately called the police.
The man, who declined to be named, said: 'There was such a commotion coming from next door, there was loud shouting and screaming so I contacted police.
'It was such a terrible thing to happen right on my doorstep and I am still to upset to talk about it. I can't bare thinking about it.'
He told how the Romanian couple had split up in autumn last year and since then had not seen Vicala's ex-partner.
She was an Asda warehouse worker who used to be collected by her son-in-law and was given a lift to her long shifts at a nearby premises.
The neighbour told MailOnline: 'She lived with two of her children, the others I think are grown up.
'I didn't know her, only by sight and her husband moved out last autumn. She seemed very nice and she worked hard.
'Her daughter's husband would give her a lift to work at the Asda warehouse - she was off to work the morning it happened at about 5.30am.'
Mrs Cipu, who also shared her grim footage with police, said: 'I feel very shocked and panicked by what happened.
'I didn't know the poor woman although she was a Romanian like me and only lived a few doors down the road. My husband had previously spoken to her husband about a year ago when he was still living there.
'I'd had an incident when my car was damaged in the street and that's why we got CCTV.'
Mrs Cipu, who has a one-and-a-half year old son, told how she felt sickened by the video.
Speaking exclusively to our website, she said: 'It was pouring with rain but you can see a car pull up in the middle of our street, Caludon Road, and hear it beeping its horn.
'Then the woman comes out for her lift to work and the man, her former husband, is hiding behind the bins. You can just about see him.
'As she's walking from her front door onto the pavement you can hear lots of screaming.
'That's when he attacked her with a knife. It is so sad. She didn't stand a chance. It is shocking.
'Within minutes the police and ambulances had arrived and tried to treat the woman.
'We heard the man ran inside the house and killed himself.
