Married New Jersey teacher, 37, who was 'caught having sex with student in car ... trends now
A married teacher accused of repeated unprotected sex with one of her underage students has been freed on bail to look after her children, as it emerged that colleagues had warned her off the boy.
Special needs teacher Jessica Sawicki, 37, was found pulling her clothes back on in the back seat of the boy's car on April 7 by a staff at a wildlife park outside Trenton, New Jersey.
A detention hearing on Tuesday was told that she admitted inappropriate behavior back in January after staff at Hamilton High School West reported their concerns to the principal.
Husband Michael was in court to see her freed on bail to help look after their five-year-old daughter and two-year-old son.
'They don't know where their mom is right now and it's getting hard to explain that to them at home,' defense attorney Edward Cridge remarked.

Sawicki and the student are alleged to have had several trysts in the Assunpink Wildlife Management Area, a nature preserve
Monmouth County prosecutor Keri-Leigh Schaefer told the court that Sawicki and the boy were spotted when an officer from New Jersey Fish and Wildlife found her car blocking an entrance to the Assunpink Wildlife Management Area in Upper Freehold.
'The lieutenant observed the victim's vehicle parked directly behind the defendant's SUV,' she explained.
'When the lieutenant approached the cars, he observed the 17-year-old victim and the defendant in the back seat of the victim's car.
'The victim quickly put on his pants and the defendant pulled up her skirt.
'This interaction is captured on the lieutenant's body worn camera footage.'
In a since-deleted school profile, Sawicki explained how she 'truly enjoys getting to know the students'.
'This is my 7th year working at Hamilton West teaching English,' she noted.
'I truly enjoy getting to know the students here and helping them become the best versions of themselves while they strive for their futures.'
