Shocking photos show parcels worth thousands of pounds dumped on the street outside a Evri depot.
They are left at the mercy of thieves outside a unit in Broadstairs, Kent, waiting for drivers to pick them up.
Exclusive photos taken by MailOnline show dozens of parcels dumped outside the depot and on the road opposite.
Drivers then sift through them to sort them before loading them into their cars for delivery.
Eye-witnesses said the shocking practice happens in bad weather conditions as well and creates a 'massive risk' of goods being damaged.

Goods from designer brands such as House of Fraser, Asos and M&S have been photographed there.
Some products even have warnings on them about being fragile.
One witness said there are fears iPhones, iPads are left there as well as luxury garden products and other designer clothing and watches worth thousands.
Products are piled high outside as well on trolleys and even balanced on the top of the cars of delivery men.
Dozens visited the unassuming site each day, which has no signage on it to suggest it belongs to Evri.

One eye-witness said: 'It happens regularly and it's shocking. I cannot believe it.
'The parcels are not treated with any respect. It's thousands of pounds worth of goods when you look over a day.
'If people knew their parcels and presents were being left like that then they would be appalled.
'Anybody could come and steal them. The rain would ruin them potentially when they're like that.
