The Love Island wannabe now leading Oxford encampment protests: PhD student, ... trends now
Wearing a light blue bikini and suggestively vowing to 'pick up the boys,' this is one of the leading organisers of the pro Gaza protests at Oxford University insisting that she has what it takes to appear on Love Island.
Kendall Gardner featured on national television over the weekend as she railed against Israel's war in Gaza and outlined the students' demands.
Wearing a keffiyeh around her shoulders and a bandana on her head, she declared: 'We request and demand that the university divest from all holdings in any entities that sponsor or are complicit in Israeli occupation, apartheid and the current genocide in Gaza.'
But her emergence as one of the leading voices of the campus protests sweeping the country is in stark contrast to a video posted on her social media account in which she takes to the grounds of Oxford University's esteemed Magdalen College demanding a spot in the Love Island villa.
The video, believed to be a spoof, was posted last March on Ms Gardner's X account and she writes: '@LoveIsland @ITV the people are asking for an American this season (only fair after the aussies tbh) and I'm here to deliver,' followed by three kissing emojis.

It opens with Ms Gardner standing in college grounds wearing an academic gown with a bikini underneath and declaring: 'Hi. My name is Kendal. I'm a 25-year-old PhD student at the University of Oxford. But this summer, it's time to put down the books.'
She then takes off the gown and is left standing in just her bikini and boasts: 'And pick up the boys.'
The video then shows her sauntering through an austere corridor wearing a bikini top and pink mini skirt. As she swaggers towards the camera, she says: 'My last relationship was pretty serious, but it was four years ago. I think I'm ready to settle back down but let's face it, none of the boys
