A 'scared, humiliated' teenage woman who had her breasts exposed in a casino while being restrained by four security guards has been ordered to pay compensation.

Jayda Ellen Punter, 18, appeared in Southport Magistrates Court on Thursday on three assault charges and one charge of failure to leave premises.

Ms Punter, 18, and a friend arrived at The Star casino in Broadbeach on the Gold Coast around 3.55am on May 27, 2023.

The court heard Ms Punter drank a few shots even though she was aware she should not mix alcohol with her prescribed various medications for anxiety, ADHD and PTSD.

Police prosecutor Sophie Gorrick told the court Ms Punter and her friend were refused entry as they smelled of alcohol and ordered to to leave.

Ms Punter decided to go to the bathroom before leaving the premises, the court was told.

Not long after Ms Punter entered the bathroom, a female security guard also entered and banged on the stall door, reported the Gold Coast Bulletin

The court heard three more male guards entered the bathroom and physically restrained Ms Punter (pictured) in a 'crucifix hold', causing her shirt to be ripped off

The court was told Ms Punter still had her skirt down and no underwear on, and opened the door to see a male security guard had also entered the bathroom.
