The devastated family of an infant who tragically died from the suspected fractured skull after the caesarean birth have arrived in the inquest clutching a teddy bear.

Simone Tonkin resulted in in order to the Coroner’s Court in Brisbane in tears on Monday, keeping her husband Martin in a single hand and clutching a dark brown plush bear in the other.  

The family of Nixon Tonkin : who unexpectedly died in a Brisbane medical center – hope the coronial inquest into his death will avoid future tragedies.
