Rain or drizzle ending in the afternoon and then cloudy. Winds southeast at 30 km/h, gusting to 50 km/h and a high of 11 Celsius.

Tonight: Cloudy with a 40 per cent chance of showers overnight. Winds south at 20 km/h gusting to 40 km/h, and becoming light overnight. The low is 7 C.

The loonie: At 6 a.m., the Canadian dollar was worth 74.2 cents U.S.

Coming up today Finance Minister Bill Morneau attends the G20 Finance Ministers meeting in Washington. National Bank of Canada holds its annual meeting in Montreal. Italian Prime Minister Paolo Gentiloni meets with Prime Minister in Ottawa.  Statistics Canada releases the consumer price index for March.Photo of the day
