The moment a toddler wearing nothing but a diaper was found wandering the streets of Pittsburgh alone was captured on video.

The two-year-old girl was spotted by herself near a playground in New Kensington on Sunday night.

A video filmed by a concerned resident in the park and published by WTAE showed a police officer holding the little girl's hand after authorities were alerted to the situation at about 7pm.
