Six bedroom historic mansion in New Jersey on sale for $10

An historic six bedroom home in New Jersey has hit the market for just $10 - but the affordable price tag does come with a catch.

Instead of simply moving into the home, the person who snatches up the property also has to move it.

So the owners of the Montclair home are now offering it up for $10 in the hope it will entice someone to relocate it.

The 3,900 square-foot home, which was designed by famed architect Dudley S. Van Antwerp, was built back in 1906.
